Seller delivers goods onto the vessel at the named loading port. Risk transfers to buyer at the ship's rail.

Seller pays freight to named destination port. Risk transfers to buyer at loading port (same as FOB), but cost is covered to discharge.

Seller pays freight AND arranges minimum insurance to named destination. Risk still transfers at loading port.

Seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named destination port, ready for discharge. Risk transfers at destination.

Seller delivers goods at the named destination, ready for unloading. Replaces DES, DAF, DDU in Incoterms 2010.

Seller makes goods available at their premises. Buyer bears all costs and risk from the seller's factory/warehouse.
